American Facilities
These facilities hold inventories of finished product and component parts, allowing quick delivery of standard items, samples, and production for various components within North America.

Distribution
We have a nationwide network of distributors who hold stock of our most popular lines.

Production
70% of assembly is automated. It is supported by departments manufacturing all component parts:
• 52 Arburg molding machines with up to 32 impression tools produce 250 million moldings per year.
• 5 Bihler, 1 Mabu, 2 Bruderer and 5 CVA machines press, form and weld 200,000 terminals and contacts per hour.
• The best Swiss-made Schenker spring machines wind up to 60,000 precision springs per hour.
• Our 9 auto screw cutting machines supply a requirement for over 8 million turnings annually.
• We have a fully equipped tool room and printing department.

Sales Terms and Policies
Arcolectric's products are covered by patents and registered designs. Prompt action will be taken in case of infringement.

Approvals
The majority of Arcolectric products are covered by and and all European approvals. This is essential for successful export into worldwide markets. From 1998 the European single mark (ENEC) can replace all the approval symbols of individual European states, for products complying with product standard EN61058 (appliance switches).

Quality Assurance Approval
Arcolectric is a BSI Registered Firm to BS EN ISO 9001: 2000. Certificate No: FM 14821.
Appliances bearing the mark are able to circulate freely in Europe. Products shown in this catalog, when fitted correctly, comply with the requirement insofar as it relates to them.

RoHS and WEEE Directives
The RoHS (Restriction of use of certain Hazardous Substances) directive came into force on 1st July 2006. All standard Arcolectric products are RoHS compliant. RoHS Declaration. (RoHS Declaration)

REACH
REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) is a new system for controlling chemicals in Europe and became law in the UK on 1 June 2007. Current Status. January 2013. (Reach-2013)
